Led the league in wins in 1940-41 (15)…one of two pitchers (the other is Barney Brown) with 15+ wins two seasons in a row… imported pitcher with more accumulative wins in three consecutive seasons (40)…only pitcher with 200+ innings twice…in 2014 he was selected as one of the best 75 players of the Puerto Rico Professional League. Inducted into the Puerto Rico Professional Baseball Hall of Fame in 2025.
